A Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDA) Africa 2019 event is to take place at the Maslow Hotel in Sandton, South Africa, this Wednesday and Thursday (July 17-18).

Now in its fourth year, the theme for this year’s event is ‘moving towards a data-driven and data-centric future.’

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is considered the driving force behind this event and widely acknowledged to be a business priority in today’s market.

“There is a whole host of expert speakers lined up and we are very excited to participate and support this channel of share valuable insight into the world of AI,” said Muggie van Staden, MD of Obsidian Systems, who is the official stream partner.

CDAO Africa 2019 is touted as ‘the most comprehensive data analytics event in Africa’ and according to Van Staden, speaks to the reality faced by all businesses operating today – data and analysis is pivotal to enhancing processes and procedures, and also to helping businesses with their market strategy, including continuity.
