Exertis Hammer extends Tripp Lite Relationship into Europe

Value-added distributor, Exertis Hammer and a world-leading manufacturer of power and connectivity solutions, Tripp Lite, have extended a distribution agreement to service resellers in Germany and the Nordics.

Exertis, a leading route-to-market and supply chain partner for global technology brands across consumer, business and enterprise, has an existing distribution agreement with Tripp Lite in the UK and now, via this relationship, Exertis Hammer’s vast vendor portfolio has expanded to provide Tripp Lite’s award-winning portfolio of data centre solutions, which include UPS systems, PDUs, racks and connectivity solutions, across these European regions.

“We have enjoyed a great relationship with Tripp Lite in the UK and we are looking forward to extending that into the German and Nordics markets. We both see significant opportunity in the regions for their wide range of infrastructure products, which complement our existing enterprise portfolio and add value to our resellers, in providing solutions for industrial, commercial and data centre applications,” said Angelo Apa, Head of Enterprise Vendor Management at Exertis. “Exertis truly values Tripp Lite’s flexibility and willingness to make business simple. Whether it’s a large-scale data centre deployment or a smaller network closet, Tripp Lite always delivers the same high standard of customer service that ensures they remain a valued partner.”

Tripp Lite’s industry-leading solutions are known for reliability and cost-efficiency. They are represented throughout the world’s hyperscale data centres, as well as micro data centres and Edge Computing installations.

“This extension of Exertis’s already successful relationship with Tripp Lite into European regions, where Exertis Hammer has years of experience, is great news for customers in Germany and the Nordics,” said Tom Cox, Commercial Director of Server, Storage and Software Defined. “This addition to our portfolio means our proposition as an enterprise specialist distributor across Europe has been bolstered even further, with a true focus around adding value and expertise for our customers in server, storage, networking, power, security, software and enterprise components areas.”

“We have been looking for a strategic partner to continue our expansion in Germany and the Nordics,” said Bryn Morgan, Senior Vice President of International Sales at Tripp Lite. “Exertis Hammer was a perfect fit. Their local market experience, technical expertise and value-added services makes them an ideal partner to distribute Tripp Lite’s extensive portfolio of power and connectivity solutions within these regions.”
